Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where applicable.

Return shipping

For all non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

For non-defective items, we offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at shopanam.store@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a refund, repair, or replacement in line with South African consumer protection law.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law. In South Africa, defective goods may generally be returned within 6 months, and the consumer may choose a repair, replacement, or refund.
